Lee Lusk has been in the Real Estate Industry for over a decade. He purchased and renovated his first home at the age of 18. Since, he has remodeled 5 historic homes in the North Georgia area. He has also bought, sold and developed land in Cobb and Cherokee counties. He currently owns and manages 17 rental properties along with The Wheeler House. Owning The Wheeler House has been a childhood dream of his. He would ask his parents to drive the long way home just to pass by the “big yellow house” dreaming of the day he could own and remodel it. He attempted purchasing the house 2 previous times only to get outbid by other buyers. To his luck, the third time was the charm! After an 11 month renovation, The Wheeler House had its first wedding.
