Value Proposition Design

A value proposition is a promise of value to be delivered, communicated, and acknowledged. It is also a belief from the customer about how value (benefit) will be delivered, experienced and acquired.

A value proposition can apply to an entire organization, or parts thereof, or customer accounts, or products or services.

Customer Discovery
  • Customer discovery first captures the business vision and turns it into a series of business model hypotheses. Then it develops a plan to test customer reactions to these hypotheses and turns them into facts.

  • Customer validation tests whether the resulting business model is repeatable and scalable.

  • Customer creation is the start of execution. It builds end-user demand and drives it into the sales channel to scale the business.

  • Company building transitions the organization from a business idea to a company focused on executing a validated model.

We Assess Your Business Using the Business Model Canvas which is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new or documenting existing business models.  It is a visual chart with elements describing a firm’s or product’s value propositions, infrastructure, customers, and finances.  It assists firms in aligning their activities by illustrating potential trade-offs.
